1. His Friends Are Behaving Weird Around You

When you fall in love, chances are the woman will tell her close friends. They can't wait to meet you. If they act weird when you meet them, like making jokes about you and the woman, chances are something is going on.

3. Staring with Sparkling Eyes

4. Very Happy If It Can Be Useful For You

A woman who is in love will try to be meritorious in your life. Therefore, he is very happy when asked for help, even trivial. Because by helping, he can also meet you.

5. Follow Your Hobby

Almost the same as the previous point, women who are in love will try to be present in your routine. This includes following a hobby. If he hates watching football games but is willing to do it for you, then he's probably in love.

6. Mimicking Your Habits

Another sign when a woman falls in love is trying to imitate her habits. This was done so that the relationship could be closer. For example, actually, he does not like jogging in the morning. But in order to do it with you, he's willing to get up early to work out.

7. Clarify the Status

This sign is quite easy to notice. When falling in love, women will do it. In front of you, he stated that he is still single and does not have a girlfriend. In fact, there is no need to bother saying. By telling this, it is hoped that you will immediately make a more vigorous approach.

8. Always Say Yes to Your Invitations

If a woman enjoys being with you for long, especially if her activities aren't too important, chances are she's interested in you. Especially if this happens repeatedly. But don't be too quick to jump to conclusions, because he could just do it because he likes your company.

9. Dislikes Talking About Other Women

A woman in love doesn't like it when you talk about other women in her presence, even if you don't mean it. But he will feel jealous. Because he will feel compared to that woman. So it's better to avoid conversations about other women.

10. Want to be invited to linger on the phone

Under normal conditions, someone will talk as necessary by phone. But when you fall in love, these conditions can change. Women tend to feel more comfortable being called on the phone for a long time, even up to several hours. Even though the topic of the conversation was not clear. But for him, it was a shame to end the connection.

11. Looks Happy When Invited to Chat

Just saying hello to you makes him happy. Especially if you invite him to chat, he will look enthusiastic and excited. His face became radiant and more cheerful. But it should be noted, there is a type of woman who acts like that to anyone. Don't be too quick to get the wrong idea if you don't want to be disappointed.

12. Reply Chat Quickly

A woman in love will always expect messages from you. As soon as the message came, he was immediately delighted and hurriedly wanted to reply. He also hopes that the activity of responding to messages will continue long. His speed in replying to chats can indicate that he is interested in you. But not all women are like that, some are quick to reply because it has become a habit.

13. Misbehavior

Are there any women who often act awkward whenever they are around you? Maybe he's secretly interested in you. A woman who is in love will pay more attention to her actions and the response of the person she likes. This sign is especially seen in women who are shy. Chances are he will seem nervous and even stutter a little when talking to you.

14. Pay More Attention

A woman who is in love will awaken her maternal instincts. No wonder if he pays more attention to you. Starting from reminding you to eat, reminding you to rest, saying good morning and congratulations, and various other small attentions. A woman who isn't interested in you is unlikely to take the time to do something trivial like that.

15. Often steal glances

When the opportunity arises, a woman who is in love will try to steal glances at the person she likes. Sometimes it happens by sheer reflex. Do you often feel cared for by certain women? It could be that he is doing it because he is interested in you. But it could also be because of other things, maybe he's surprised by your appearance. There are several possibilities that could be considered.

16. More Responsive When Chatting

If not interested, women will respond to conversations in moderation. But when talking to people they like, they tend to be more responsive. The conversation can last longer and you will be asked a lot of questions by him. Just enjoy the moment.

17. Shy Cat

Girls who are attracted to you are usually coy. Maybe he blushed when you complimented him. Or it could be that he averted his eyes in embarrassment when he accidentally locked eyes with you. This sign is easy to spot, especially if the woman's true nature tends to be ignorant. Of course, he changed for some reason.

18. Smile More Often

Smiling can make a woman look more attractive. Chances are he's aware of that and took advantage of it when he met you. Every time they accidentally locked eyes, he flashed a warm smile. Reciprocate the smile if you want a closer relationship.

19. Diligently Making Excuses to Meet

When you fall in love, you always want to meet that person. Though maybe the situation is less likely. It could be due to living in remote areas, being hindered by busyness, and so on. But a woman in love will find various reasons to meet. For example, he will ask to be accompanied to buy goods. On another occasion, he asked to be driven somewhere.

20. Take Care of the Image

A woman who is in love will try to show her best side. She dresses more neatly, speaks more politely, and wears perfume to make her smell good. These characteristics are obvious if at first, the woman is the ignorant type. The drastic change in him could be noticed right away. What if from the start the woman is gentle, polite, and likes to dress up nicely? The signs will still be visible if you pay close attention.

What Causes The Winter Blues?

Winter Blues

Thanks to writer Kristie Leong, M.D. for the following article on banishing the winter blues.

Do you start to feel down as soon as the days grow shorter? Find out more about winter depression, what causes it - and what helps it.

Many people find the gray skies of winter, the chilling winds and frigid temperatures to be a downer. But for some people, cold weather brings on the winter blues and a dark cloud of depression that can makes it difficult for them to find pleasure in anything - or even get out of bed in the morning. What causes depression in winter, and why are some people more susceptible to it?

What Causes Winter Depression and the Winter Blues?

Some people think depression in winter is related to the frigid temperatures and cold weather, but studies show it’s low levels of light during the long winter months that sends people spiraling into depression until spring rolls around.

How do low light levels cause depression? When light enters the eye, it travels through the retina to the suprachiasmatic nucleus, the portion of the brain that regulates circadian rhythms or the biological clock. This area of the brain controls such activities as sleep, state of alertness, activity, body temperature, hormone levels and the immune system under the influence of light and dark.  This system is very sensitive to light and when light levels are low, its activity can be thrown off.

How does all of this lead to depression in winter? Researchers speculate that lower light levels during the winter trigger changes in circadian rhythms in some individuals that lead to winter depression. Not everyone’s biological clock is so sensitive to fluctuations in light levels that they become depressed in the winter. People who develop winter depression may have a genetic susceptibility to feeling down that’s triggered by low light levels.

Depression in Winter: Beating the Winter Blues

Winter depression usually responds to light, which is why some depression people use a light box in the winter months to help them deal with the winter blues. These boxes are an artificial replacement for natural sunlight to help restore a person’s natural circadian rhythm. Research shows light boxes are effective in helping some people with winter depression.

Winter Depression: The Bottom Line?

Not all sadness and depression during the winter months is winter depression. Depression can also be non-seasonal. The good news is a recent study showed that non-seasonal depression may respond to light therapy too – offering a ray of hope for people who can’t seem to shake the winter blues.

Not Just A Nightmare: What Some Common Dreams Mean

I'm being chased by a scary clown through a dark tunnel in the middle of a raging thunderstorm. It is so dark. I cannot see. The scary clown is gaining on me...my heart is pounding...the scary clown gets just close enough to grab me with his huge white glove and...

Whew! What a nightmare! Was this just random brainwave activity or is my psyche trying to tell me something? Thanks to blogger GuimoP for the following article on what our dreams (and nightmares) just might be trying to tell us.

A look at the interpretations of some common dreams...
We often have repeating dreams. Some are indeed very frightening, and others are so entertaining that we wish we could dream them again! Here are the interpretations of some common dreams.

“Run! Fast! Run!”
Some dreams feature us being pursued by an attacker – an animal, a monster, someone we know - and sometimes an unknown figure who wants to pursue or possibly kill us. Instinctively, we flee, run and hide from the pursuer. These dreams represent how we respond to various situations in real life.  Or maybe a fear, pressure, or a problem we are running away from. The distance between us and the pursuer indicates the closeness to the problem. A wider gap means we have successfully distanced ourselves and the problem is essentially fading. The attacker may represent an aspect of ourselves, our own feelings of anger, jealousy and even love projected into a shadowy figure that must be addressed and confronted. If we are the one doing the chasing, then the dream may highlight our drive and ambition to go after something we want. Or perhaps the dream suggests that we are falling behind and having to catch up with everyone else.

“I’m a plane! I’m a bird!”
Accordingly, flying dreams can become lucid dreams where one becomes aware of dreaming.  Flying is representative of our own sense of power. If in the dream we are flying with joy and ease, it means we are on top of a situation, have risen over something, or have gained a new and different perspective in life. If we are having difficulties in flying, this indicates a lack of confidence and loss of control with circumstances. Obtacles in the dream symbolize someone or  something standing in our way. Since we can not really fly, such dreams might represent things beyond our limitations, or a need for a greater sense of freedom.

“Why, I always brush my teeth!”
In these dreams, we either see our teeth falling out one by one, or our teeth crumble in our hands, or rot. Teeth convey an image of attractiveness. Hence, such dreams reflect our anxiety about our appearance, which may stem from a fear of rejection or the consequences of getting old. On the other hand, teeth are used to bite, tear, chew and gnaw – teeth are symbols of power. So, falling teeth can also mean powerlessness, being unprepared for tasks at hand, difficulties of expression, and frustration from not being heard. Other interpretations of falling teeth include sickness of a family member or close friend, or telling lies.

“Finish or not finish!”
We may sometimes find ourselves taking an exam in a dream, yet not able to answer the questions. Or, we arrive late and cannot take the exam at all...time has run out...our pencil is broken. These dreams have to do with self-esteem and confidence. You may feel tested or scrutinized in some way. Likewise, it can signify fear of being rejected, being unprepared for a challenge, or not being good enough. These dreams are not really about the content of the test but more about the process and the feelings involved parallel to life. Test dreams also indicate that one is being judged.

“I’m falling!”
Like most common dream themes, falling represents insecurities, instabilities and anxieties. Falling dreams may reflect our relationship with work: we have lost foothold and can no longer keep up with our busy lives. These dreams also indicate a sense of failure in some circumstance or conditions in job, school, or love.

Get Into The Groove: Choosing The Right Tire Tread

I was just kicking back in the waiting room at my friendly neighborhood Valvoline (dinosaur rock on the radio, last week's People magazine) when the oil change guy breezed in with this bad news: I need a whole new set of tires! After a little online tire research, I get it: tire tread is really important. Need a quick tutorial? Read on for blogger alexsharp's informative article on how to choose the right tread for your car, driving style and weather conditions.

Do Your Car Tires Have The Right Tread Pattern For The Driving You Do?
When you get new tires for your car do you only look at the brand name and price? What about the tread pattern? The tread patterns are related to the car you have, the type of driving you do and road conditions.

Tire Tread Patterns

To a certain extent the tread pattern is governed by the wheel size and the performance parameters of the car. Although you can buy tires with different tread patterns for the same car depending on the price and manufacturer. In these circumstances you must look at the type of driving you do to be able to select the right tread pattern.

The reasons for tread

Tread patterns on tires help with steering by providing directional stability. They give grip to get the car moving and help to stop it under braking. Importantly, they hold the car on the road when cornering.
An important function of the tread is to help prevent aquaplaning in wet conditions. Aquaplaning is when the tire looses contact with the road surface and sits on top of a thin layer of water. In normal operation, the tread pattern expels water from contact area to the rear and sides of the tire.

Tire terms

Tread pattens are made up of grooves and sipes. Grooves run around the circumference of the tire and are used to provide directional stability and shift water to the rear of the tire. Sipes are smaller grooves that run laterally to the outside edge of the tire. They provide grip and help expel water from the grooves to the side of the tire.

Some tread patterns have up to four grooves and many sipes. Combinations of grooves and sipes divide the tread surface into blocks. The distance between blocks and number of sipes determine the grip level in dry, wet, snow and ice conditions. Off-road tires tend to have much wider grooves and sipes creating larger blocks for better grip, but they are noisier on roads. Some luxury cars use tread patterns that are tuned for low road noise.

The block pattern

This is a non-directional pattern that is the most popular tread type on cars. Tires with a simple block pattern and narrow sipes give good grip and stability in dry and wet conditions. These tires usually work better at temperatures above freezing. Tires with a smaller block size that have a higher number of wider sipes, give good grip in snow and ice conditions. The rubber on these tires is more supple at lower temperatures.

The asymmetric pattern

This pattern is a combination of larger tread blocks on the outside of the tire for grip and cornering, and smaller blocks for better wet weather performance on the inside of the tire. They must be fitted with the correct side facing outward. Some of these tires are also directional and must be fitted on the left or right hand side of the car.

The directional pattern

This pattern is excellent at removing water from the contact area. The pattern resembles an upside down 'Y'. The groove is the tail of the 'Y' and the sipes are the arms of the 'Y'. The tail of the 'Y' points in the direction of forward rotation. Although they have good wet weather performance because the grooves and sipes are wide, they do not work well in snowy conditions. In addition, there may be increased road noise. These tires tend to be fitted to high performance cars and must be fitted to the correct side of the car. Markings on the tire sidewall indicate the direction of rotation.

Summer, winter or all-season tires

Summer tires give good all round performance at temperatures above freezing. Winter tires tend to have a larger number of tread blocks with more sipes for extra grip and use a rubber that is more supple at lower temperatures. All-season tires give good performance in all seasons and have a more complex tread pattern.

And finally

The next time you buy tires, think about the type of driving you do, the type of car you have and the conditions in which you do your driving. Then, while you are selecting the tire brand and price, also consider the tread pattern and be sure it is right for you.

Natural Remedies For The Winter Blues

Thanks to writer Mike Burnside for this article on natural cures for winter depression.

Tips on How to Beat the Winter Blues Naturally

During the cold and blistery season, many people suffer from what is commonly called the winter blues.  Medical experts continue to learn more about the body’s biological rhythms and how they play a role in our health, both physically and mentally.  When the biological rhythm gets out of synch, many people begin to suffer from the winter blues.  The winter blues or the medical term, seasonal affective disorder (SAD) typically affects individuals with depression, oversleeping, overeating, and a craving for carbohydrates.  All of which affects these individuals during the winter.  These same people find themselves elated, active and energetic in the summertime.

How Light Helps Cure the Winter Blues

There are many variables that affect an individual who is suffering from the winter blues or SAD.  One of the more logical explanations is the lack of exposure to the full-spectrum of natural light.  Light therapy offers anyone suffering from the winter blues an antidepressant effect by restoring proper melatonin synthesis to the body.  Many individuals who are suffering with SAD should try replacing all of the light bulbs where you spend the most time with full-spectrum lighting.

Melatonin Sometimes Helps Cure the Winter Blues

Individuals suffering from SAD have a disruption of melatonin being created in their body.  Therefore, it might make sense to add melatonin as a supplement to your daily intake.  Unfortunately, many medical experts have found that melatonin alone as a supplement has mixed results.  However, it does not harm the body to take the melatonin and if it is supplemented with B12, it could help reset the biological rhythm in your body.

Try Vitamin D to Help Cure the Winter Blues

Many medical experts have theorized that low levels of vitamin D could cause the symptoms of SAD.  Brain chemistry and neurotransmitter action need the proper dose of vitamin D to work properly.  Most health experts recommend increased daily doses of vitamin D during the winter months for optimal brain health.

Using St. John’s Wort to Help Cure the Winter Blues

A common herb supplement that many SAD suffers use is St. John’s wort.  It is has been found to be effective in reducing depression in many cases.  Using St. John’s wort along with full-spectrum light therapy can reduce depression in many patients who were diagnosed with SAD.  A patient should consult their physician before starting St. John’s wort.  The herb does have some drug interactions with other medications.  Those on birth control are recommended not to take St. John’s wort.

A Step By Step Guide To Writing An Article

Thank you to guest writer Shanmugam Piramanayagam for the following writing guide!

This is a complete step-by-step guide that explains how to write an article, attract readers, drive traffic and earn money.  The information is suitable for both beginners and experts in freelance writing, blogging and article writing.
………………………………

How To Choose A Good Topic For Your Article

Please note that this sub-topic is not about choosing the title, but choosing the topic. I have a friend who is a great blogger and his only source of income is Google Adsense! He always carries a small notebook with him to make short notes. and collect topic ideas. He is well known for choosing unique and interesting topics.
 .
Step #1Choose a topic that is  unique or interesting, answers an important question or gives a lot of tips about something that you know well or something that you can research and learn. The topic should be entertaining or educational.

Image credits: The Italian Voice's photostream on flickr

The topic is the essence of your article. I usually let the topic "incubate inside my mind" for a few days before writing about it  That is why I prefer having a collection of topics ready.
………………………………

How To Do The Necessary Research For Your Article

My friend’s little notebook also served another purpose. Whenever he was free, he either did some research on his topics and noted the things he needed to cover, or he wrote down his own ideas on the topic as they came to him. If you make this a habit, you will be able to write articles using the notes you already have for your existing topics. At the same time, you can research your new topics to continue writing articles later. Where to look for information? Google is your best friend! And resources like Wikipedia, Yahoo Answers and forums are there to help you.

Step # 2: Do a detailed research about your topic and take short notes.

Make your article great by giving detailed information
………………………………

How To Make Your Article More Compelling To Readers

People don’t like reading rewritten drivel or just personal opinions. The reader has a problem to solve, a question to be answered or needs information. (For example: if a person feels bored and looks for entertainment online  then he or she has a problem to solve: boredom!)
,
Step # 3: Search on forums and resources like Yahoo Answers to find specific questions or problems that readers are having on your topic. Then, try to answer those questions or give tips to solve those problems in your article!
How to write an article - Answer reader's questions

Always ask this question when you begin to write your article:

How beneficial is this article going to be for my readers?
………………………………

How To Make Sure People Will Find Your Article With Their Keywords

A person who has a slow computer may not type ‘PC performance is poor’ but most likely will type ‘my computer is slow’ in the search engines.. You need to find the related keywords a person would type to get the information your article is offering.

Step# 4: Use keyword research tools like ‘Google Adwords keyword tool’ to find the relevant hot keywords on your topic and make a note of how many searches each keyword gets for a month.

How to write an article: Do a keyword research

Selection of keywords plays an important role in optimizing your articles for search engines. .
………………………………

How To Choose The Best Title For Your Article

The title of the article (as well as the title tag) plays an important role in SEO. It should have the primary keyword phrase you are targeting. Target keywords based on how many searches the keywords get per month and how many other good quality articles are competing for those keywords. Just searching for the keyword in "Google search" will tell you how good the pages are in the first page of the search results. The title should also compel the reader to read your article. An article titled ‘Dog training tips’ may not be as interesting as ‘7 Effective Dog Training Tips That Experts Recommend.’

Step# 5: Select a title that has your target keywords (keywords which get many monthly searches but not too high to compete for) and make sure that it catches the eye of readers.

Taking some time to finalize the title is definitely worthwhile!
………………………………

How To Hold Your Reader's Attention Throughout Your Article

I heard someone say that an article shouldn’t be too long because online readers won’t have much patience to read long articles. This might be partially true, but I always write long articles and haven’t regretted it! The key lies in making the reader enjoy your article. Your article should be written in a conversational tone and your reader should feel as if he or she is listening to an interesting conversation, not reading a boring long page with white space and black letters!

Step# 6: Write your article in a friendly conversational tone, with sentences that sound like you are talking to a friend sitting next to you. Don’t be too formal or make your sentences sound bookish!

How to write an article: Make your article conversational

Don’t tire your readers but make them to relax into your words!
………………………………

How To Write An Article That Speaks Your Reader’s Language

Once you start writing your article, you may be tempted to show your expertise by using a lot of buzz words that are known only to the people who are in your field. You have to keep in mind the type of reader you are targeting.. Are you targeting beginners, experienced people or experts? Your words should be meaningful and should sound like "plain English" to your readers.

Step #7: Come down to the level of your readers and use simple words they can understand, not technical jargon.

How to write an article: Don't use jargons

If your reader had to perform another online search to understand even one line in your article (unless you ask them to do so) you need to improve your writing skills!
………………………………

A great success in article writing is to make the reader feel they are in contact with an individual while reading. You should show your personality here!

Step #8: As you write your article, refer to some of your personal experiences, crack jokes and use the word ‘I’ often.

If I have fun reading your articles, I will be earnestly waiting for your next article, won’t I?

………………………………

How To Relax While Writing Your Article

After reading stuff about SEO, keyword density etc, your thoughts might revolve around the SEO in your article and the search results you are going to get. But if your focus is just on your search results while your fingers are in your keyboard, your articles will sound totally artificial!

Step #9: Be relaxed and don’t worry about SEO or end results while you are writing. These thoughts will interfere with your flow of creativity. Remember that articles can always be altered and optimized later.

When you write an article, just write the article.

There are other times in a day when you can analyze, dream or worry!
……………………………....

Why You Will Benefit By Taking Breaks While Writing Your Article

Many people start an article and finish it at a stretch. They just allocate a certain time and finish writing the whole article in that single time frame. This is bad! One must learn the art of ‘incubation.’ Here is Wikipedia’s article about incubation: It explains the process as the experience of leaving a problem for a period of time, then finding that the difficulty evaporates upon returning to the problem. Or, even more striking: that the solution "comes out of the blue" when thinking about something else. Many guides to effective thinking and problem solving advise the reader to set problems aside for a time.

Step #10: While writing an article, take breaks - sometimes breaks for more than a day.  When you ponder an idea and set it aside for a period of time, the idea is more likely to flash out of the blue during your break!

This is an important concept to keep in mind for creative writers.. Taking breaks is useful!
………………………….........

How To Make Your Reader Like Your Article At First Glance

When your reader scrolls down your article page, they should feel that it won’t be tiring to read.  This can be achieved by formatting your article neatly.

Step #11: Split your article into shorter paragraphs, include proper sub-headings, format the important text with bold or italics and insert relevant pictures if possible.

A lot of readers judge an article by first glance.
………………………………

How To Write Keyword-Rich Articles

In one of our previous steps, we talked about keyword research. You might have successfully chosen a keyword-rich title. After writing your article, it is good to go through your article to spread your keywords throughout the body of the article.

Step #12: Make sure that the body of your article contains your main keyword phrase in a lot of places and try to fill up to 2.5 % to 5% of the words in your articles with keywords, while making sure that it sounds natural.

‘Keyword density’ is a very important factor in Google Rankings and you might want to do some additional research on that topic.
………………………………

How To Help Your Readers Learn More About Your Topic With Useful Links

You intended to write your article only to cover a specific topic. But your readers would want to learn more about a few words you mentioned then and there in your articles. No problem. Direct them to other sources!

Step #13: If you feel that your readers can get more information from other valuable pages, be sure to link to them.

I have sometimes bookmarked web pages just because they have valuable links.
………………………………

How To Clear The "Pimples And Scars"From Your Article

By "pimples and scars," I mean the mistakes in grammar and spelling and other corrections you could make with a little extra work. These errors do not create a good impression!

Step #14: Once you have finished writing your article, check for any spelling and grammar errors and other mistakes.

How to write an article - Check for spelling and grammar

An article can spoiled by a single misspelled word.
………………………………

How To Be Sure Your Article Is Ready To Publish

Once you have completed all the proof-reading and everything else, take a break for a few hours or a day and read your article again. You may be surprised to notice things that you didn’t notice before.

Step #15: After completing your article, take a break for a few hours or a day and read the article again for a fresh look.

You can’t judge your own article the moment you have written it. After a break, you will be able to judge your article much better.
